What can you do here? Type a customer name to see all of their payments, whether each has been swept, and if you owe them a refund or they owe you more.

Recording a customer payment
Click ➕ Record Payment.
Fill in the form.
Click Save & Print Receipt. Payment saves to the database instantly; receipt prints.
Updating a payment's status
Click 📋 All Payments.
Find the payment (use search).
Click Update.
Pick what happened from the action cards.
Looking up a customer's history
Click 🔍 Look Up Customer.
Start typing the name.
Click their card. See full history, refunds owed, etc.
Multi-user sync
When another staff member adds or changes a payment, your screen updates automatically in seconds. No refresh needed.
